About the Author

Damian Devonish

Damian Devonish is a Registered Psychotherapist, pastor, and speaker whose work uniquely bridges the gap between theology and psychology. Born in Barbados, he was shaped by the vibrant spiritual and cultural rhythms of the Caribbean before relocating to Canada, where he has spent the past 15-years serving individuals and communities.

He holds a degree in Theology from the West Indies Theological College in Trinidad, where he developed a deep appreciation for biblical studies, after which he discovered the beauty of Reformed Theology, particularly its emphasis on God’s sovereignty. He later earned a Master of Counselling from the University of the West Indies, studying across Barbados and Jamaica.
